We want you to love your CSB pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
